Family[]
Vander (adoptive father)[]
Vander was Vi's adoptive father before his death in the third episode of season 1 of Arcane. Vander was close friends with Felicia, Vi's mother and when Felicia died Vander took Vi and Powder in and raised them as his own. Vander had a lot of weight on Vi as she had to protect and care for Powder and Mylo and Claggor Vi's adoptive brothers. When Vi and her siblings pulled a heist in Piltover, Vi almost turned herself in at the end before Vander stops her and tries to take the blame for everything. Then Vander was taken by Silco and Vi, Mylo, and Claggor go out to save him from Silco. Vi and her brothers are almost successful before Powder's monkey bomb went off leading to Mylo and Claggor's death. Then Vander gets stabbed by Silco trying to fight him and on the verge of death, takes shimmer as a last resort. Before Vander can put an end to Silco, Vander decides to make an escape and save Vi instead and jumps out of the old cannery protecting her. Vander right before he dies tells Vi to "Take care of Powder" before finally resting.
Vander's body was taken in by Singed, the alchemist and mutilated with a wolf to create Warwick, a bloodthirsty beast and compelled by the scent of blood. Vi reunites with him in the fifth episode of season 2 in the mines when Jinx comes to ask for help. Vi has to fight him to protect her sister and Isha, and Jinx tells Vi to believe her and that it's Vander. Vi lets down her guard and believes her which causes Warwick to remember her and Vander shines through and the daughter and father are reunited.
Vi, Jinx, and Isha take Vander to Viktors commune in the deep parts of the fissures in the sixth episode, and Viktor thinks he's worth the risk to try and save the man inside and Singed and Ambessa Medarda try to interfere. Vi makes a plan with Caitlyn and has Jinx secretly in there as backup, when the plan is successful for the moment and Rictus almost kills Caitlyn for her betrayal and Jinx protects her. Vi, Jinx, and Isha and Vander are happy for the time being. Except Jayce was secretly there, with his mind affected by the anomaly he puts an end to Viktor by blasting him in the chest with his anomaly mercury hammer, which causes the commune to fall apart, and it messes with Vander who goes completely feral and Ambessa sets her warriors among the commune to kill Warwick. Isha ends up sacrificing herself to kill Warwick.
Singed, Viktor, and Ambessa band together for the evolution and war and when Viktor starts the process Warwick gets evolved and his memories as Vander get erased, in the ninth episode, Evolved Warwick springs on Vi and Jinx as they have the final fatal fight of what use to be their father. In the end Vi breaks down and Evolved Warwick attacks Vi and Jinx sacrifices herself to save Vi from being killed, Jinx falls with Warwick down the Hexgates, using her final hextech orb and uses it in her bomb and sets it off to lay her father to rest, and leaving Vi with no family left.
In the Alternate universe, Vander is alive.
Mylo (adoptive brother)[]
Mylo was one of Vi's adoptive brothers. He was often told off by Vi because of his relentless teasing towards Powder, but the two were still close. At the sight of his and Claggor's death, Vi had broken down.
Claggor (adoptive brother)[]
Claggor was Vi's other adopted brother who had a tragic end in the Monkey Bomb incident at the cannery and died with Mylo.
Powder (little sister)[]
Powder was Vi's beloved younger sister, who became Jinx and under Silco's control for the first season of Arcane. Vi and Powder had a very loving relationship and Vi would do anything to protect her younger sister and wanted her to have a better life. But after the monkey bomb incident, Vi slaps Powder out of anger and calls her a Jinx and leaves her for a moment to catch her breath. Silco finds Powder and before Vi can save her she's taken away by Marcus and sent to Stillwater hold,
When Vi is released and reunited with her sister in the sixth episode of season one. Vi tries to get through to Powder but Jinx says "I'm Jinx now! Powder, fell down a well." Vi tries to get through to her again, before getting knocked out by the firelights and taken away.
Vi and Jinx meet once again on the bridge between the fissures and Piltover, but Vi can't get through to her as Vi is dealing with an injured Caitlyn, Ekko then interrupts the scene and forces Vi and Caitlyn to leave.
They don't meet again until the final episode of season one, where Jinx gives Vi a choice. To kill Caitlyn and Vi would have Powder back, and Vi couldn't bring herself to kill Caitlyn. Vi begs Jinx saying that they can just leave and that they will never have to see Silco or anyone from Piltover or the Undercity ever again. Silco retaliates and Caitlyn manages to escape her confines and almost kills Jinx. Caitlyn held her shot for Vi and let down her guard causing Jinx to knock Caitlyn unconscious. Vi tries to get through to Powder and Silco keeps yelling at Vi to stop and almost shoots her. Jinx snaps out of her trance and quickly grabs her mini-gun and starts rapidly shooting, causing Silco to be shot to death. Vi tells her sister it's okay, but Powder is no longer a thing, and Jinx rises up from the death of Silco, being the monster that Vi created.

Loris (friend)[]
Vi meets Loris on the streets in Piltover in season two. Emotionally broken and overwhelmed, Loris offers her a drink and Vi vents out all her concerns and insecurities as well as her guilt for her sister's actions, drinking alongside him all night. After this, they develop some camaraderie between them. By the end of episode one, Vi and Loris become partners and allies while being part of a special task force Caitlyn formed to find Jinx.
At the end of episode three, both end up leaving the Einforcers for different reasons. Even after this, their friendship remained intact, with Loris often seeing Vi in her underground fights as a pit fighter and drinking together at a pub she frequents, even helping a drunk Vi to return save and sound to her place. However, as Vi starts drinking even more and causing trouble, the two get into an argument which ends with both going in separate paths. They would meet again in the eight-episode. While Vi is unconscious and recovering from her wounds, Loris is seen accompanying her waiting for her to wake up, showing that despite the fall out they had previously their friendship had not been entirely broken.

Caitlyn Kiramman (partner)[]
Caitlyn Kiramman is the rouge enforcer who released Vi from Stillwater Hold while on the mission to figure out Silco's schemes in the Undercity, which led her to meeting Vi. They both embarked to the Undercity after Vi's release to start their mission. Even though Vi was keener on finding her sister than helping Caitlyn, Caitlyn and Vi's relationship started to grow closer during their time together.
In the beginning of season two, Caitlyn is overcome by grief from the loss of her mother and hatred for Jinx. During the third episode, Vi begs Caitlyn to not change. Caitlyn promises that she won't and seals the promise with a kiss. Except during the fight with Jinx, Vi has to stop Caitlyn from shooting Isha, and when the battle goes wrong and Vi and Caitlyn are plummeted down into Zaun's sewers and the grey ends up being shot up all the way to Piltover. The two end up fighting and Caitlyn practically breaks her promise to Vi by hitting her with her rifle and leaving her in Zaun's sewers alone and heartbroken.
The two are separated for months in the time skip in between the first and second act, and don't officially reunite until the sixth with Caitlyn now being the Commander of Piltover and Vi now a dark-haired pit-fighter in the Zaunite rings. During his time both of them try to move on, with Vi drowning her sorrows drinking and fighting while Caitlyn begins a casual affair with Maddie Nolen. However, they are unable to forget about each other, with Vi hallucinating with Caitlyn, while Caitlyn merely uses Maddie as a rebound. They both have to team up and plot against Ambessa Medarda to save Vander (now Warwick) which ends up with Caitlyn betraying Ambessa.
Vi wakes up in the eight-episode injured in Caitlyn's bed with Loris by her side, when she finds out from Loris that Jinx was arrested. She storms in to confront Caitlyn, who was in the middle of a discussion with Maddie Nolen, and Caitlyn sends Maddie out of the room. Caitlyn and Vi get into a heated argument with Vi telling Caitlyn that even though Jinx saved her, Caitlyn still arrested her. Caitlyn brings up how Vi didn't trust her enough and that's why Jinx was in the plan causing Vi to bring up Caitlyn's time with Ambessa, which causes Caitlyn to lash out and explain what happened when Vi was unconscious. Vi tells Caitlyn about "who deserves who gets a second chance?" and leaves.
Later on in the eight-episode, Vi tried to free Jinx and trusts her, which only causes Jinx to hit her and lock her in the cell telling Vi to stop worrying about her and not to feel guilty for being happy and telling Vi that she deserves to be with Caitlyn and leaves a pained Vi all alone. Later on, Caitlyn comes and unlocks Vi from the cell, Vi goes on about how Caitlyn should belittle her for what she did, going behind her back and breaking her trust and for always choosing wrong.  Caitlyn tells Vi if she believed that Caitlyn actually needed all the guards at the Hexgates. Indicating that Caitlyn got rid of the guards on purpose indicating that she gave Vi the opening and then tells Vi that she's gown to be predictable, and in the end Vi chooses her love for Caitlyn and kisses her in the cell. Caitlyn tells Vi that she saw someone during Vi's absence and Vi tells her that she doesn't care and kisses her again. The two go on to have sex inside the cell.
In the ninth episode, Caitlyn and Vi are separated. Caitlyn and Mel fight Ambessa's and end up killing her, and Vi fights Warwick with Jinx. The episode ends with Caitlyn in her study, then going to Vi who is sitting by the fireplace in Caitlyn's home. Caitlyn asks Vi if she's still in this fight, which takes Vi a moment to respond with, "I'm the dirt under your nails Cupcake- and nothing is going to clean me out"
