Tobias Kiramman is the husband of Councilwoman Cassandra Kiramman and Caitlyn's father.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Sometime in his life, Tobias married his future wife Cassandra, and they later conceived Caitlyn.
Season 1[]
Tobias debates with his daughter Caitlyn and his wife Cassandra about whether or not they should speak in favor or opposition to Jayce's upcoming trial. Whereas Tobias opposes Jayce for what he is being charged with, his wife and daughter favor granting him amnesty because of their history with him.
Later, Tobias runs to Caitlyn's bedroom after Cassandra kicks the door open with a gun in hands and pointing it at Vi and a wounded Caitlyn. He is is relieved and happy to see her and hugs her. Then, he takes care of her wounds and taking out shards from her injured leg while he tries to defend his daughter from her offenses she seemingly commited.
Season 2[]
Tobias is first seen in his wife's funeral, crying. Later, back at their mansion, he walks up to his daughter, who is sitting on a couch reading mailed letters, and also sits with her. She offers him tea, which he declines with a small, sad hum. He hands Caitlyn the Kiramman Key, and complains that Vi is still at their house. Caitlyn briefly comforts him out of his anger before she storms off after Vi.
Although Tobias is not seen after, Caitlyn asks to someone to check on her dad. It can be assumed that he was later evacuated from Piltover prior to the battle between the Noxian army and Piltover.

Personality[]
Tobias Kiramman's personality contrasted a lot from his wife and daugther's. Unlike his wife, early on he appeared to be timid and sentimental, leaning towards defending his daughter and justifying her actions, though he wanted her to be safe rather than to adventure herself into danger.
After the attack on the council and his wife's passing as a result of it, he appeared to be in a state of depression. It is not clear what opinion he had of Zaun and its people prior to his wife's death, but after it, he clearly didn't approve of Vi staying in his house, seemingly having taken a dislike for her, probably because her sister had been his wife's murderer.
Appearance[]
Tobias is a fair-skinned man with navy blue hair. He has a beard that is grey on the sides, along with an angular nose and small black eyes. Tobias wears a white dress shirt with golden clasps and blue suspenders connected to grey pants.
In Season 2, Tobias is in mourning. His hair is no longer styled and sags down to his eyes. He wears a green, brown, and gold cloak.
Abilities[]
- Medical knowledge: While it isn't clear what expertise he has on the field, he is seen tending to Caitlyn's wounds, and taking shards out of her leg in a composed manner while conversing.[2]
