This is a timeline meant to put the events of Arcane in a chronological order.

Keep in mind that some dates are taken from writer statements and are not directly stated in the show. Most flashbacks are at an unspecified time and can only be assumed.

Since there is no dedicated year system, we will be dating things after Piltover’s formation (APF).

Episodes	Some Mysteries Are Better Left Unsolved When These Walls Come Tumbling Down
Events	Jayce and Ximena Talis are caught in a blizzard, but an Unknown Mage teleports them close to Piltover and gives Jayce a magic rune. Viktor begins working for Singed until he learns of the man’s goals regarding Rio, and Viktor leaves.

Events	Vander and Silco found The Last Drop, a bar in the Undercity. Felicia falls pregnant with Connol’s child. She tells Vander and Silco first, and they swear to protect the Undercity for her daughter.

Events	Ambessa takes Mel to the location of the Foreign Princess’s castle, and asks her what they should do with her. Mel wants to take a more diplomatic approach, but Ambessa decides to execute the princess instead.

Episodes	Welcome to the Playground Blisters and Bedrock
Events	Felicia, Connol, Silco, and Vander all partake in a riot on the Bridge of Progress where Felicia and Connol die. Vi and Powder are taken in by Vander, and he and Silco grow apart because of their disagreements on further actions for the revolution which results in a huge fight between the two where Vander attempts to drown Silco, but Silco escapes by stabbing him in the arm. Vander writes a letter to Silco that he leaves in the mines they used to work in apologizing but Silco never finds it.

187-193
Events	Mel is banished from Noxus by her mother to Piltover. She then becomes a council member.

Episodes	Welcome to the Playground
Events	Silco begins working with Singed to create the power-enhancing drug Shimmer. Vi, Powder, Claggor, and Mylo follow one of Ekko’s tips and rob Jayce’s workshop in Piltover where Powder steals magic gemstones. The workshop explodes and a target is put on their heads. Later, they lose the loot from a small gang of teens in the Undercity who were working for Silco. Vander scolds them when they return but protects them from the enforcers searching for the kids. Jayce is put on trial for his illegal scientific studies and is almost banished for trying to create magic until his mother protects him, resulting in him getting expelled from The University of Piltover. After the relentless searches continue, Vi decides to give herself in to the enforcers in order to protect her family. Vander later saves her and tries to give himself in instead, but Silco appears with a Shimmer enhanced goon. The goon, Deckard, kills Vander’s friend Benzo and beats up Vander. Silco then takes him to the abandoned cannery all while Ekko and Vi witness the attack. Ekko tells Vi where they went, and Vi gets Claggor and Mylo to help. She tells Powder that she can't go and Powder breaks down when they leave. Jayce returns to his workshop and is about to kill himself when Viktor interrupts, and encourages him to continue studying his theory but now with his help. The two discover a way to harness the gemstone's magic and decide to become partners, but need to use Jayce's lab equipment to test the theory. Viktor then takes them to Heimerdiner's lab to use the equipment when Mel Medarda catches them. Jayce convinces Mel to help them, and she distracts the guard while he and Vikto successfully break into the lab. Powder remembers her gemstones, and decides she can help her siblings break Vander out by making a bomb with them. Vi, Claggor, and Mylo enter the cannery and begin to break Vander out of his restraints. Vi uses Vander’s cast iron punching mitts to fight off Silco’s goons until the Shimmer enhanced Deckard gets to her, where Vi retreats into the room Vander, Mylo, and Claggor are in. Meanwhile, Powder deploys her bomb outside of the room. Mylo picks the lock on Vander’s cuffs and Claggor breaks out the bricks in the wall, and they begin to escape when Powder’s bomb deploys and Claggor and Mylo are killed. Viktor and Jayce successfully utilize the gemstones to create magic while in Heimerdinger’s lab. Vander uses curved metal pipes to beat up some of Silco’s goons, until Silco stabs him and throws him down. Vander uses shimmer to take Vi out of the burning cannery and dies. Vi angrily punches Powder after she learns that it was her bomb that killed Claggor, Mylo, and Vander, but leaves to try and cool down. Silco appears in front of Powder, where Vi tries to save her but is kidnapped by Marcus and taken to Stillwater Hold. Silco then takes in Powder.

Events	Ekko founds the Firelights Ekko tries to save Powder (now Jinx) from Silco, but she refuses. Caitlyn joins the Piltover Police Department because of her mothers influence. Jayce and Viktor create Hextech which flourishes in popularity with Jayce as the head of the brand, now referred to as “The Man of Progress”. Viktor grows more sick.
