Heenot			Description
	Species:	Human	Heenot is a skinny fair skinned man with greasy brown hair and brown eyes. He has two mechanical arms and wears a monocle on his right eye and black top-hat. Heenot was Smeech's financial manager. He is captured by Jinx but saved by Vi and Caitlyn Kiramman's strike team, but then taken into custody where he now resides at Stillwater Hold.
