I don't think Piltover/Zaun will need more exploring after Season 2. They should move to another area in order to expand the lore even further. The obvious next step would be Noxus since it was already introduced in Arcane but I would say Bilgewater also has a lot of potential.

Noxus characters are much more interesting and have insane depth. A show in Noxus would be great.
