Jinx, Jayce, Viktor, and Heimerdinger aren’t here because they aren’t dead.

Jinx escaped from the Hexgate explosion using her shimmer abilities (just look at the blue streak while the explosion happened; slow it down), Jayce and Viktor’s physical bodies disintegrated, but their souls are somewhere in the Fabric of The Universe, and Heimerdinger just respawned in Bandle City.

You can call it coping, I call it logic.

I think that jinx may have very well survived, the blue streak? Eh maybe but either way i think she survived and just went elsewhere thinking everyone would be better off without her

What I mean by the blue streak is when the explosion in the Hexgates happens, if you slow it down, you can see a blue streak dashing across the explosion to reach the tunnels in the Hexgates.

Edit: Oh wait, I got it wrong, it was a pink streak.
