Are we talking in terms of magically induced strength or just plain physical strength?

In terms of just plain power, magical or otherwise.

Like, Mel could win against Vi, because her magical abilities connected to the Arcane, but she can’t beat Viktor, who is basically a god.

I feel like it would make more sense, just personally, in my head, to separate them, because magic isn't exactly compatible with brute force a lot of the time, also sometimes it could be hard to tell from the show because Ambessa has armies, for example. I know that's not what you're asking, that's just how it works in my head.

I don’t think this is a fair comparison because every arcane character is so different in type of strength
