I think maybe, because Powder says early in the first episode that she’ll fly an airship one day. In the last episode at the very end we see an airship flying open the ocean, implying that this may be Power. I’m still unsure if she’s alive tho.
Let's be real here, there's no way they're going to just kill off their most popular character like that. And make no mistake, Jinx is definitely one of, if not the most popular character in the show.
