Everyone is dunking on Maddie for her betrayal but it's the hate makes no sense to me. Firstly, the writing was bad, she never had a proper introductory, no insights on personal motivations etc..

People hate on her for her intimacy with Cait but it's blatantly Cait fault here ( again, wtf is this writing ). Cait chose to forgo the relation with Vi leaving Vi to rot, while finding a new fuck buddie, this is also never address later making Vi and Cait reconciliation felt cheap. Revealing Maddie to be a traitor to cut her out of the picture quickly is unearned and lazy writing and doesn't take from the fact that Cait is now a horrible partner

And the same issues almost all the main cast, aimless character arcs, rush and disjointed storyline. Such a shame, so much wasted potentials
