To be honest, neither character really comes off as "evil" to me whenever I watch the show. At least not in the way that most people seem to judge that sort of thing.
Good and Evil... Nah, Arcane just isn't that kind of show. Everything is a lot Greyer than that.
That's sort of why I'm not too bothered by Caitlyn's descent into darkness unlike a lot of other people have been.
